The Click Zmanim is a community information platform that provides automated access to davening times (zmanim), Jewish calendar information, community directories (restaurants, supermarkets, simcha halls), shiurim schedules, and related community services through WhatsApp messaging and a companion website. The Service is operated as a WhatsApp Tech Provider, enabling community organizations to deliver information to their members.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, The Click Zmanim makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided through the Service. Davening times, zmanim, business hours, directory listings, and event schedules are sourced from community data and may change without notice. Users should verify critical information (such as davening times for Shabbos and Yom Tov) independently.
The Click Zmanim operates as a Tech Provider on the WhatsApp Business Platform, enabling community organizations and synagogues to connect their WhatsApp Business numbers to our platform. Organizations that onboard through our Embedded Signup process agree to comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform policies, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy.
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding community-sourced data), is the property of The Click Zmanim. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent. Community-sourced data (davening times, directory listings, etc.) remains the property of the respective community organizations that provide it.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Click Zmanim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Our Service operates through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Your use of WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of WhatsApp or Meta. Any issues related to the WhatsApp application itself should be directed to WhatsApp/Meta support.
We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control, including WhatsApp platform outages. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
